MacGregor State School

McCullough Street, MacGregor, Qld

Project Description:
This project encompasses the removal of two demountable and seven modular buildings and the construction of a new twelve classroom building to accommodate early primary (Years 1 to 3) students in an established Brisbane school. Additionally, a number of buildings have been refurbished to complete an upgrade of the overall school learning and teaching accommodation. The project team has remained focused on meeting DETE’s broader principal design objectives for the new and refurbished facilities. We have provided an innovative and functional design solution that will enable the cost effective construction of the new building works and provide a lively and sustainable addition to the school asset base and support positive interactions between students, teachers and the wider school community.
