Research, as well as personal experience, indicates that people spend more waking hours in their workplace than they do their own home.  It stands to reason therefore, that workplace design, and the built commercial environment are therefore critical to the overall wellbeing of society.  We are committed to developing working environments that enhance the experience of the individual and make positive contribution to our environment.

Trapp Architects work in all levels and stages of the development process, from initial brief establishment and concept design with the client and or developer, through to individual facility development with end users, and ongoing estate regeneration as tenants move and built environments mature and evolve over time.  We understand the commercial imperatives involved in achieving the appropriate balance of lettable space or user requirement as well as broader program / brief based elements within any development.  These sit alongside the less tangible, but important considerations of amenity, access and transport, image and effective urban design, legible planning and detail resolution practices, all of which add to the long term viability of any development, estate or precinct.
