201 Leichhardt Street was a 5 level city fringe office building that time had seen slip into a difficult space in the commercial leasing market, where newer and more apparently desirable buildings were available, making leasing difficult.  The building was comprehensively refitted, with all external and internal finishes refreshed, the lobby and entry areas redefined and the services upgraded to provide tenants a more efficient and desirable corporate address.  Small floor plates with flexible spaces and an abundance of natural light have allowed smaller tenants to create a corporate community where flexibility and a balance of working and personal amenity is valued.
